Lookup data
This site stores the queried domain, record type, resolver results, and lookup time. When signed in, these are associated with your user account. Administrators can view lookup activity and account details.
Accounts and cookies
Accounts store your name, email address, password hash, and saved domains. Passwords are not stored in readable form. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Email verification is available according to the administrator’s policy. Google sign-in verifies the identity token and its verified-email claim. Connected Google subject identifiers are stored to recognize your account.
DNS providers and probes
Lookup names are sent to enabled public DNS providers and administrator-configured regional probes. Their own logging and privacy policies may apply. Do not submit confidential internal hostnames.
Rate limiting and hosting logs
The application uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting. Login protection also retains connection IP addresses in authentication attempts and administrator-managed bans. Expired bans and historical attempts are removed by scheduled cleanup. Hosting, CDN, and security services may independently log IP addresses and requests. The application does not trust forwarded IP headers by default.
Retention and removal
Lookup and audit records are retained for 30 days when scheduled cleanup is running. You can clear your own lookup history and remove saved domains from your workspace. Contact the administrator to request account deletion. Deleted accounts’ remaining lookup records lose their account association until retention cleanup removes them.
Email and advertisements
Verification and password-reset messages are sent through the configured SMTP provider. Delivery logs retain recipient, subject, status, and time; passwords and reset tokens are not included in these logs. Optional sponsor cards may link to external services. Google ads are loaded only after you choose Allow ads for this visit; Google may process device, cookie, and network data under its own policies and consent settings.
